First time tried - very impressed. Great to know our much loved pooch was safe and well looked after with regular FB updates (which really helps keep peace of mind whilst away). Top job done with professionalism and care. No hesitation in recommending whatsoever. Our dog's carer did all what the tin said....and then some.
