Very impressive service, so friendly and efficient....Our dog 'Otto' had never been to a doggie care home before so we were a little apprehensive but we needn't have worried Chris made us and especially Otto very welcome. Have heavily used these for my Cavalier over the last 2.5 years when I've needed to travel with work, probably once a month on average. Its got to the point the dog is so excited when we approach that he scrambles to get out of the car to see them - he loves it with them. I've found Louise, Angie & Bob, and everyone involved to always be really helpful, really friendly and really flexible/accommodating. My family have not been away together for some time ~ due to our ‘difficult’ Westie. Monty had the most amazing stay with Diane. He loved playing with her dogs especially the puppy. She gave me updates and pics every day and was brilliant when Monty (our stubborn British Bulldog) decided he didn’t want to eat the food we had provided for him. The process was simple to having a chat over the phone to a Meet and Greet on a walk and going back to Diane’s house. John and Maxine had Watson for the weekend and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Made me feel completely at ease while we had a break away, being my first fur baby I am protective of him but couldn’t have asked for 2 better people to have looked after him. Rosie takes care of all of our animals and home while we are away. It is incredibly reassuring to know there is someone we like very much and trust completely taking care of everything whilst we can’t be there. Rosie regularly goes above and beyond what we expect and always treats our animals like part of her own family. I really can’t rate Rosie highly enough, she is an absolute gem and an absolute pleasure to know.
