I’m very grateful to Lucy as I had to go abroad for a week at very short notice and it was my first time I’ve had to leave my Sunny with somebody he had never met. I was worried as I knew that my Sunny could be hard work especially at night, but Lucy gave me such confidence when I first met her. Benji our little black pug enjoyed his first boarding holiday, staying with Lucy for 5 nights. We were really worried about leaving him as he’s less than a year old (and I’m a needy dog mum!) but we didn’t need to worry at all. Lucy kept us updated daily. Sent us lots of videos and pictures and Benji had the best time playing with the other dogs! We picked Benji up and he was knackered, so a good sign that he’s had the best time and made lots of friends. Thanks, DHH and Lucy.

My 9 month old Lab Buddy loved his day with Lucy! He was happy when I left him and when I picked him up. He settled in so well! I felt at ease knowing he was in good hands with Lucy, got regular updates on where he had been on a walk and what friends he had made. Would 100% recommend.

Today I picked up our Lakeland terrier, Francis, from Alison after 10 days home boarding. Fantastic service and I was really reassured. It was a home from home experience for her, which meant we could enjoy our break. Thank you so much Donna and Alison. Fantastic and professional.
